We Need To Talk About How Good Michelle Obama Looked At Joe Biden’s Inauguration

The iconic look took the internet by storm, and was designed by Sergio Hudson.

Today, January 20, 2021, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris were officially sworn in as president and vice president of the United States of America, respectively.

This is truly a moment in history many of us will remember for years to come — I mean, Trump is finally gone, so who wouldn’t remember this?

While looks and history were definitely made today, we need to talk about how Michelle Obama came to stun.

She wore a monochromatic maroon ensemble by Black American designer Sergio Hudson, paired with a gold buckle belt, and when I tell you I was gagged? Oh girl, I couldn’t breathe. I was dead, deceased, and sent to the heavens.

And while the outfit is definitely a serve, can we also talk about her hair for a second?

Mama, that hair is laid down better than every. single. woman who was present at that inauguration — I’m not joking. From the curls, to the volume, to the shine, everything about it was absolutely perfect.

And Twitter quickly found the woman who was responsible for it. Her name is Yene Damtew, who is the owner of Aesthetics Salon in Arlington, Virginia. She’s definitely getting some well-deserved fame thanks to her magic hands (we all dream of having Michelle Obama’s hair, let’s be real for a sec), and we love that for her.

Speaking of Twitter, let’s see how the rest of the world reacted to Michelle’s inauguration look:
